To Henry Symond her son, a house called 'tyr lloy' with 5 parcels of land.

Henry and John Symond, her residual legatees, are to be joint executors.

Number of documents 5, including Bond dated 27 September 1666 with bounden Henry and John Symonds of Llanveynoe in a surety of £300. affirming their obligation to administer their mother's estate.
An astute businesswoman, Mrs Phillipps seems to have lent money on 'specialities' to half the population of Llanveynoe and district
