Beneficiaries: To his son David Thomas the 'residu and terme of the Loft wherein I now Doe Dwell' in consideration of the maintenance 'of Juan my wife natural mother of the said David Thomas during her Life'.
To his grandchildren William, James, Juan and David Watkin he leaves sheep and lambs.
To Elenor David 2 ewes and 2 lambs.
To daughter Anne Thomas he leaves livestock and household goods.
The residue of his goods he leaves to his son David Thomas.

Executor: his son,David Thomas.

Witnesses: John Charles and Thomas Tranter.

Number of documents 3, including a Bond dated 10 May 1666 with bounden David Thomas and William Lewis both yeomen of Llanveynoe. in a surety of £40 confirming David Thomas' obligations as executor of his father's estate.
