To Mary and Judith Parry, his sisters, £10 each.
To Jane Price, his younger sister, wife of John Price, £5.
His corn and grain was left to his mother and his two sisters, Mary and Judith Parry, and the residue of the estate to Ann Price, wife of Robert Price. She was also to have his estate called 'the Cwm'.

Ann Price is to be the executrix.

Signed by testator.

Witnesses: Tho: Price, John Parry, Philip Parry.
