Beneficiaries: The sum of £150 to the use of his younger children, William, Samuell and John, born of his 'now wife' Margery. This sum, which was linked to an indenture dated the 18 March 1703 , was to be a charge on his Real estate.
All his personal estate to wife Margery for her maintenance and that of the children 'in their minority'.

Margery to be executrix.

Signed by testator.

Witnesses: Thomas Prichard, James Beavan, David Price.

Date of probate: 15 April 1719 .

2. Inventory: dated 23 February 1718/9 , value £110 6 0d. Appraisers: James Nicholls, James Watkins.
