Release of Legacy by Elizabeth Edwards widow and legatee of Philip Perrot, to Thomas Watkins dated 3rd July 1795.
By his will dated 29th September 1792, Philip Perrot demised to Thomas Watkins in Trust to sell, a cottage known as Roth[?] then in the occupation of the Testator and another cottage called David Prichards Lands in the occupation of Thomas Evans. He also gave Elizabeth Edwards the sum of £20 out of the sale money and her daughter Jane Edwards £80 to be placed at interest for her benefit, as well as any surplus from the sale.
By this document, Elizabeth Edwards acknowledges the receipt of the £20.
