(1) Rt Hon. William, Lord Abergavenny, and Lady Catharine
(2) Edward Lloyd of Lower Mescod, parish Cluddock, co Heref., mason

A cottage, garden and 2 pieces of land , meadow and pasture of 2 acres (boundaries given) on Lower Mescoed and in the possession of (2).

For lives of (2), aged 49, Edward Lloyd his son aged 17 and James Lloyd another son of (2) aged 6.

Rent 2/6d with 2/6- as a heriot and with suit of court.

Witnesses (SD): Job Gilbert and John Day ; Elfd. Staples and
John Day .

Endorsed: Delivery of seisin to (2) by Job Gilbert. Witnesses Mile Hunt and John Price.
