Title: | Press Cutting: A bungled attempt at forgery |
Place name: | Longtown, Trewyn, Cwmyoy |

Description:
A charge of Forgery arose when William Watkins and his daughter Martha Watkins both of Pentilloo Cottage, Longtown together with a Thomas Davies (engaged to be married to Martha) and two others, James Davies and Henry Smith attempted to defraud David Pritchard of property he had inherited from another William Watkins of Trewyn.
