(1) Rt Hon George, Lord Abergavenny
(2) William Lloyd of Longtowne, yeoman
A cottage and half an acre of land in Longtowne and 1 acre of land in Newton in the possession of Joane Lloyd.
For lives of (2), Martha his wife and William their son.
Rent 1/- with 1/- as a heriot and with suit of court.
Witnesses: Hum(phrey) Thomas, John Lewis and Robert Harries.
Endorsed:
(a) 1/- to be paid as a heriot to (1)
(b) ‘All the lives in being’. (18 June 1718).
(c) Memo: ‘The original was not produced and is assigned to Thomas Lewis in consideration of £11 ‘ (undated).
