Photograph of Conveyance dated 21st February 1899 of freehold hereditaments and premises called the New House or Fir Tree Cottage, Longtown including a fold, garden and two acres of land in two [formerly three] plots, from John Henry Gilbert Harris [mortgage holder] and John Powell Johnson to Elijah Howells, farmer of the Wain Farm, Longtown. The sum paid was £90, of which £70 was applied to paying off the mortgage.
