Photograph of lease dated 1^st November 1819 from Lewis Morgan of Llanvetherine Co. Monmouth, labourer, and John Watkins late of the township of Longtown, husbandman, to Reverend John Rogers of Longtown for the sum of five shillings. The lease refers to a “newly erected messuage tenement or dwelling house lately erected and built by the said John Watkins where formerly stood an old decayed messuage dwelling house or tenement called by the name of the House of Old William Prichard and now called and known by the name of The New House”
