A cottage and garden with 2 plocks of land in the possession of Henry Jones and another plock of land lately purchased of Margery Morgan, widow, being in all about 2 ac and situate in Lower Mescoed . (boundaries given)

For the lives of (2) aged 40, Racheal, his wife aged 30 and Charles their son aged 1.

Rent 2/- with 5/- as a heriot and with suit of court.
