In view of the intestacy of her husband Thomas Bevan:
1. A letter of renunciation by Mary Bevan in favour of her father John Symonds, yeoman of Longtown and appointment of Edward Hughes, gent, of Brecon as Proctor. Dated 20 August 1692 .

Witnesses: Rowand Jennings, David Price & Rowland Jennings, junior.

Executor: Rowland Jennings.

 2. Inventory: [2 pages] Taken on 23 August 1692 . Value £97 15 0d. Appraisers Thomas Watkins of Walterstone, yeoman & Thomas Rynald of Llanvyhangall, yeoman.

 

 

Observations:

Documents include a Bond dated 26 August 1692 with Bounden: John Symonds. There is a separate cover sheet, 5 sheets in all.
