Beneficiaries: To Elizabeth, wife, 'all my two freehold cottages which I bought of David Jones, James Hughes and William Gwillim… but if my son John shall marry before decease of my wife he shall have one of the cottages'. After death of wife all to John.
To son, Thomas £20 + one bed.
To son William £20 + one bed.
To son James if he return from "his military station" £10.
