1. Will [2 pages] dated 31 March 1729:
Beneficiaries: To John Prichard, brother, one 3yr old mare
To Aron, brother, a yoke of 2 yr old bullocks, one 2yr old mare & one 2 yr old heifer
To James Price, £5 and a mare in foal
To James Morgan, £5 and a mare in foal and 'if Francis Eveaens do pay this ten pounds to James Price and James Morgan this year then they shall alow her tenn shillings.'
To Margery Lewis, 9 cows, 4 yearling calves, 5 ewes and lambs, 5 sheep more, 3 pigs, all the corn and grain in the house and in the barn and all the corn and grain growing on the premises.
To Sible, sister, one 3 yr old heifer and Margery Lewis is to provide Sible with 5 bushels of hard corn.
To Abraham Prichard, one horse, a 2 yr old colt, a bull and a dung wain.
To James Price, a 2yr old colt, a brass kettle, a wheel car and the dung wain.
To James, son of James Price, a ewe and lamb.
To Mary, daughter of James Price, a ewe and a lamb
To Ann Parry, £2 and a ewe and a lamb.
To Thomas Thomas, 'a ewe and a lamb and another'.
