Description:
1. Will dated 13 April 1703:
Beneficiaries: All freehold and leasehold lands in Olchon to wife, Jane, and after her death to Thomas, eldest son on condition he pay £25 to 'such sons as Jane my wife shall think fit after her decess'
To Elinor, eldest daughter, 20/- after wife's death. £30 to be divided equally between Syble, Blanch and Sarah, three younger daughters
To Symon, younger son, all the stock of cattle, grain and implements of husbandry and 'other necessaries towards the payment of the rent att Trelandun', after wife Jane dies. Symon to provide £5 for his mother to make bequests.
All household stuff to wife, Jane and for her diposal.
