1. Will dated 24 January 1823, with signature:
Beneficiaries: To Sarah Hughes, wife, all freehold, copyhold and landed properties plus all goods and chattels except those designated below, after debts and expenses. In addition the interest on a mortgage of £150 on 'kenley' due from Mr Hugh Stephenes of Hay. On the death of Sarah all to go to his children.
To Maria, daughter, one bed
To Mary daughter, one bed.
Executors: Wife plus son, John Hughes.
Witnesses: Henry Jenkins, Samuel Jenkins & Elizabeth Jenkins
