1. Will [3 pages] dated 25 January 1826 .


Beneficiaries: To Anne Reece, wife of John Reece of Bacton, gent, "one half part or share in all those my several freehold messuages, lands ……known by the several names of
Walterstone Court , Slough and Common…now in the possession of Richard Dobbs".
On the death of Anne Reece her half to be placed in trust to Jeremiah Griffiths of Altyrynys, Walterstone and John Gwillim of the parish of Llancillo. Trustees to use bequest to raise £500 . £400 of which to be disbursed to testator's grandchildren, Theophilus Reece, Jane Reece, Elijah Reece & Elizabeth Reece with the last £100 to be invested and the income to be paid to Jane Evans a daughter of the Rev. John Rogers and after her death it be paid equally to her two children, Anna Jane Smith and Aaron Smith. The remainder of this half, after the extraction of £500,is to go to John Reece, grandson.

To Jane Rogers, wife of Rev. John Rogers, daughter, the other half and similarly after her death the half to be place on trust to the above mentioned trustees to raise £500 for disbursement amongst grandchildren, Mary Gwillim, wife of John Gwillim, Sarah Williams wife of Benjamin David Williams, surgeon, Aaron Rogers, Phebe Rogers and Moses Rogers, sons and daughters of 'my daughter Jane Rogers'.
