Beneficiaries: To JohnGwillim, his son, in trust, the messuage LLoyne Kollin and 2 water grist mills in Longtown purchased from John Williams. Also the messuage and lands purchased from William Parry, gent, lying in the parish of Rowlestone. However his son is to permit the testator's daughter Anne Gwillim to live in the mill and enjoy the garden while she remains unmarried.
His son, John, is also to arrange to pay all debts and to pay £100 to be shared equally between William Gwillim, Robert Gwillim, Phillip Gwillim, Elizabeth Gwillim and Ann. In case of default by John, then kinsman Rowland Jennings and Walter Marsh are charged with overseeing the bequests and payment of debts.
To his wife,
Elizabeth , all cattle, goods, chattels etc for her lifetime and then cattle and goods of husbandry to his son William whilst household goods are to be divided between Phillip, Robert Elizabeth and Anne.
To son, John, one presse cupboard, one bedstead in the parlour, one brass pot one coffer[?] and one dung wain..
Residual legatee, his wife, Elizabeth.
