Description:
1. Will [2 pages] dated 16 November 1844:
Beneficiaries: All money in bonds, notes or other securities and also all book debts with shop goods and all wares, household goods and furniture with all other property owned or owing, to the Executrix and Executor in trust.
To daughter, Elizabeth, the eight day clock and pictures
To daughter, Sara Ann, the case and drawers and large looking glass.
To daughter Martha, a dining table, a Pembroke table, a wash hand stand and a night stool.
To step-daughter, Mary Stephens, a bed, bedstead and corner cupboard
To Henry Stephens, a jacket coat
To step-son, Phillip Stephens, the rest of the clothes, mason and tiling tools and silver watch.
'All my money', to the three daughters after the death of the wife. She to use it in maintaining, clothing and educating the daughters.
