Beneficiaries: To daughter, Eleanor, all freehold and copyhold estates called Pontanas, Perthy and Tyr Button when she attains the age of 21 her heirs etc. Subject to the condition that during her minority she is under the direction of her mother, who may enjoy the whole estate provided she remains a widow. Should daughter, Eleanor, die before reaching 21 then estate to pass to wife, Eleanor, for her lifetime and thence to be divided amongst the testator's brothers and sisters. But if wife re-marries than brother John Jones is appointed guardian and trustee for daughter Eleanor together with her mother.
If mother re-marries then she to have £10 per year. But if, once daughter inherits, mother is still a widow then daughter to pay mother £20 p.a. for life.
Executor is to sell all stock, crops and implements to pay off debts and funeral expenses.
