Observations:

No Inventory. Documents include a coversheet. 3 sheets in total. This is a copy will as testator's signature and that of the witnesses has been included in the text towards the end. The abbreviated Latin 'Cop. Vera Exaiat' at the end verifies it as a true copy with the copyist's signature again Latinised Carolum [Charles] Lewis. The date of probate, 24 March 1712 , on the coversheet appears to predate that of the will but at that time the new year commenced on 25 March, so by modern reckoning it would have been 24 March 1713 .
This will also appears in The National Archive , Kew under reference PROB/11/529 .
