To Benjamin, son, the remainder of the lease of the upper part of the house known as Old Buildings, the orchard and a plot of land with right of renewal [this was a Lease of 3 lives from the Marquess of Abergavenny, Thomas, apparently, being the first].
To son in law and daughter, John and Anne Parry, the other or new part of the house the garden below the house and the piece of land above the new orchard. Plus half the produce of the orchard
