To John William Prichard of Michaelchurch Escley, all messuage, tenements etc in the parish of Clodock in consideration of which he is to pay all debts.
To wife,
Elizabeth , £4 to be paid her within one year of his death if his goods and land 'extend that far'. She is also to have 'the best coverings of a bed'.
Rowland Powell is to have 'such goods of his as are pawned unto me and now in my possession, paieing to my executors 8/-'. The goods concerned were a coffer, a brass pot and a pair of iron cobbards [gobbards].
To John William Prichard, 'all goods, cattell and household stuff whatsoever'.
The executor is to return a coffer to nephew Phe[llip] Prosser [next line lost in a fold of the original]

Observations:

Even including his land Watkin Lewis David's debts surpass his assets so presumably his wife did not get her meagre £4 legacy.
