To John William Prichard of Michaelchurch Escley, all messuage, tenements etc in the parish of Clodock in consideration of which he is to pay all debts.
To wife,
Rowland Powell is to have 'such goods of his as are pawned unto me and now in my possession, paieing to my executors 8/-'. The goods concerned were a coffer, a brass pot and a pair of iron cobbards [gobbards].
To John William Prichard, 'all goods, cattell and household stuff whatsoever'.
The executor is to return a coffer to nephew Phe[llip] Prosser [next line lost in a fold of the original]
