Beneficiaries
To wife, Elizabeth Prichard, his property called Ty Kennol for her lifetime and thereafter to daughter Mary Hoddel.
Also to wife Elizabeth, all premises and properties of which the testator is mortgagee in fee together with all cattle, implements of husbandry, household stuff, real and personal estate subject to the payment of his debts.
Executrix: Elizabeth, wife.
Signed by the testator.
Witnesses: Charles Lloyd of Llangattock; Mary Jones and Thomas Jones of Abergavenny.
Date of Probate: 9 June 1813.
Observations:
As this is taken from a copy of the will deposited at the Prerogative Court of Canterbury there are no supporting documents.
