Beneficiaries:
To nephew, George Davies, the copyhold cottage and garden situated in the parish of Preston, Co. Hereford, on condition that sister in law, Ann Davies, 'shall occupy that part of the house in which she now resides for her natural life.'
To nephew, William Davies, the leasehold property known as 'the Old Publick' in Craswall, now in the possession of William Jenkins.
To nephew Francis Davies, the leasehold property known as Jacobs in Craswall and also occupied by William Jenkins.
To the three nephews, George, William and Francis, £300 to be shared equally.
All the remainder of his estate (after payment of debts and funeral expenses) to Mrs Jane Price, wife of Mr John Price of Cwmcoched.
Executrix: Mrs Jane Price.
