1. Will dated 6 September 1836
His personal estate to be charged with the settlement of his debts and funeral expenses.
Beneficiaries:
To John Price otherwise Jones, the freehold messuage, farmlands etc together with all the copyhold estate held by the testator under Lord Abergavenny. Both of which estates lie in Craswall.
To late sister,
Elizabeth 's children, (namely Thomas, Robert, James, William, Elizabeth and Aurelia Berrow[?]), £100 to be divided equally between them.
To late sister, Jane's children [no names], £100 to be divided equally between them
To late sister, Ann's children [no names], £100 to be divided equally between them
Residual legatee, John Price otherwise Jones
