1. Will dated 18 May 1743 :
Beneficiaries: To Walter George, nephew, '..all that house and garden together with two plocks of land thereunto belonging which I had and purchased from one Walter Symonds….now in my possession and the possession of Evan Powell my tenant.. provided ….that ye sum of seventeen pounds and fifteen shillings…be legally paid by the sd Walter George…' [as legacies].

To Henery Perrot, nephew, £3.
To David Perrot, nephew, £1 10 0d.
To Elizabeth Perrot, niece, £2.
To Jane Perrot, niece, £3
To Phillip Perrot, nephew, 5/-
