To Thomas, son of Thomas Powell, a similar annuity of £2 0 0d payable from the age of 4 to 18 years for his education and clothing, supervised by Simon Exton, gent of Michaelchurch Escley.
To Simon Exton all properties in order to pay the above annuities.
To wife Mary all goods and personal effects for her to pay his debts and funeral expenses.
