Description:

1. Will with codicil [2pages] dated 24 November 1729:
Beneficiaries: To James Price of Cwmyoy, [status unreadable due to hole] and James Harryes of Old Court, Clodock, yeoman, the messuage and lands in Longtown wherein the testator dwells together with the messuage and lands jointly in the possession of the testator and his mother, Blanch, [Kidleys Lands excepted] being in the parishes of Clodock and Walterstone for the term of 100 years for the use and benefit of wife Mary and after her death for the benefit and use of his children.
However if the son, John, can pay £200 to James Price and James Harryes within 2 years of the death of the wife he can buy back the remainder of the 100 years
To son, John, Kidleys Land, subject to his paying the mortgage on the land.
To wife, Mary, all goods cattle and chattels for the payment of debts and expenses less the mortgage
Codicil: [ date unreadable]. Executrix to pay 10/- to John Whith [?White] son of James Whithe

Executrix: Mary, wife.
