1. Will [2 pages] dated 11 August 1829:
Beneficiaries: To Wife, Elizabeth, all landed and personal property situates on the Lower Mescoed', viz. 'Lower House and lands, New House building and lands, The Upper House and lands, Evans house and lands, Matthews house and lands and the little cottage and lands thereunto belonging' for her lifetime and thence to son Charles.
To daughters Elizabeth, Mary and Catharine, £100 each on testators death plus son Charles to pay them £20 each on his inheriting.
Executrix: Elizabeth Thomas, wife.

Observations:
Some faint pencil[?] notes can be seen at the foot of the will presumably written by the administrators which seem to refer to money owing to the testator. The Inventory is of interest as it includes 'Frute to make 4 hogshead of cider'. 3 sheets in all.
