Beneficiaries: To David, son, all leasehold lands and estate held 'from Lord Abergavenny, Lady Rebecci etc' for the remaining term of the lease. Also 'my best gun'
To 'my granddaughters at Killough £8 6 8d after my death and the decease of Mary my wife on condition that their father John Williams shall release my executors for the same sum'.
To Mary, daughter, £20 again payable on the death of both testator and his wife by son, Thomas having regard to a marriage settlement in respect of younger children.
To Anne, daughter, wife of William Prichard of The Vedow £60
All the rest, residue and remainder of all goods and chattels to be divided equally between sons John, William and David.
