1. Will [3 pages] dated 13 April 1803 :
Beneficiaries: To David Watkins, great nephew, son of niece, Ann Watkins, [under a deed dated
20 June 1781 , between testator and her husband] the estate etc called Berthee or Teer Button. Unless under the will of her husband Thomas Lewis, David Watkins is left an estate etc called The Plash at Dulas, in which case Berthee or Teer Button goes to nephew Philip Jones son of brother, Philip Jones.
And under a deed of purchase made by the testator and her husband in 1784 of the property and land of James Harris, called Pontannes she leaves it to Philip Jones, nephew subject to him paying 3 legacies of £20 each to nieces, daughters of brother Philip Jones, that is Jane Williams wife of Thomas Williams of Ewyas Harrold, Ann Jones, and Elizabeth Jones

Executor: Philip Jones, nephew

Witnesses: James Williams, Sarah Williams & Benedict Gilbert

Properties Named: Castle bach, Berthee or Teer Button, The Plash at Dulas, Pontannes .
