Beneficiaries: To Frances Pitt, granddaughter, the cottage and garden, now in tenure and occupation of William Dowden, situated at Mitchel Troy, Monmouthshire.
From the profits arising from an estate called Bakers Tump and other lands reserved by right of an indenture dated 7 & 8 November 1808 to her, she leaves:
To Hannah Williams, granddaughter, £20
To Elizabeth Williams, granddaughter, £20
The remainder of her estate of whatever kind to Frances Pitt.
Executors: Frances Pitt and her husband David Pitt.
Marked by testator.
Witnesses: John Rogers, James Watkins & Thomas Watkins.
