1. Will dated 4 May 1751, with mark:
Beneficiaries: To wife, Rachel, the 3 leases for lives held of the Marquess of Abergavenny and The Croft purchased from Lewis Taylor for her lifetime or until she re-marries. Thereafter to Charles, son, that leasehold place wherein the testator dwells, plus the other leasehold place adjoining The Croft for the unexpired term of the leases.
To Rachel, daughter, the third leasehold place at the upper end of
All household goods to wife, Rachel, and on her death or marriage:
To son, Charles, 1 hogshead and 1 half hogshead, 1 bed and bedstead etc, and one long square table and bench.
To daughter, Rachel, all the rest of the goods and chattels.
