1. Will [2 pages] dated 16 April 1840:
Beneficiaries: Everything, with the exceptions below, to the executors to be sold and the funds raised to be placed in trust and invested for the education and upbringing of the two children during their minority and at age 21 the remaining capital to be divided equally between them.
To Daniel, son, one bed, bedframe, and hangings.
To Jane, daughter, all the rest of the household furniture.
Executors: James Price, brother in law, now residing at the Brin & David Watkins of The Brooks
