1. Will dated 11 February 1809:
Beneficiaries: Under a reserved right dated 13 November 1792 given before her re- marriage she disposes of her estate inherited from her first husband as follows:
To eldest son, Howell Nichols, all household goods, stock of cattle, horses and sheep to pay debts of £340. If there is anything over then the surplus to be shared amongst her 3 children, son and daughters by her former husband James Nichols.
