Description:

1. Will dated 30 April 1721 :
Beneficiaries: To wife, Catharine, the use of all cattle, goods, implements, moneys and household stuff for her lifetime. After her death all to be divided equally between 'my three children' John, Anne and Mary.
Also under the testator's marriage settlement the eldest child shall pay unto the younger children £150 to be divided equally, when he inherits.
In addition to the above provision the testator bequeaths £50 to the two daughters to be divided equally.
Any residue or remainder to be divided between the executors
