1. Will dated 12 January 1809:
Beneficiaries: To son, James, the two cottages, gardens etc called Cwmbach now in the tenure of Howell Evans, subject to the payment of £15 in three legacies:
To daughter, Elizabeth Parry, £5
To daughter, Mary Evans, £5
To son, John, £5 plus a feather bed, bolster, pair of flaxen sheets, 2 blankets and a coverlid.
To son, William all the residue of personal estate whatsoever
