1. Will date d 4 December 1760:
Beneficiaries: To son, William and daughters, Elenor, Anne and Elizabeth £190 to be equally divided between them and paid by son, John, from the testator's estate he is to inherit on attaining the age of 23. in addition:
To daughter, Elizabeth, the further sum of £10
To daughter, Mary, 5/-
To wife Elizabeth, £5 per year for her life plus the household goods which can be disposed of by her at her discretion.

Executors: Wife, Elizabeth and son, John, with the Rev Thomas Higgins appointed trustee.

Signed by testator.

Witnesses: Phillip Price, John Gunter & Thomas Gwillim, the elder
