1. Will dated 11 August 1732:
Beneficiaries: To wife, Jane, all his estate called Cwmbach for her lifetime and after her death to James Thomas, tailor, son of brother Thomas Thomas, deceased, subject to the payment of legacies;
To John Watkins, Samuel Watkins and Samuel Thomas £1 annually 'for the use of a dissenting minister according to their appointment'.
To sisters, Sarah and Blanch, £1 each.
To Jane Prichard, niece, daughter of Thomas Prichard, £10.
To Jane Price, daughter of Thomas Price, £5.
With the exception of the £1 per year for the dissenting Minister and the £5 to Jane Price to be paid from the testators personal estate, the other legacies are to be paid on the death of wife Jane. She is left £30 to be used at her discretion for legacies she may wish to leave.
