Observations:

No Inventory. There is also a Bond dated 31 May 1738 with Bounden: Edward Trehern, clerk, fellow of 'Brasen Nose College', Oxford University, James Parr, clerk and Edward Davenport, clerk in the sum of £500 to administer this will. Edward Trehern is quoted as being a creditor though no sum is mentioned
One can speculate that the involvement of Edward Trehern from Brasenose as a creditor indicates that Thomas Prichard had a mortgage from the college; maybe he was a graduate from Brasenose. Cover sheet, bond and will; 3 sheets in all.
