Description:

1. Will dated 22 May 1801 :
Beneficiaries: To Mary, daughter, £40 when she reaches 21. Her tuition and custody to be undertaken by mother unless mother re-marries in which case tuition and custody to be undertaken by friend, John Williams of the Waine when the £40 is to be paid immediately and put out to interest for the purpose of clothing and schooling the girl.
Also to Mary, one bed, 2 pair of sheets and a rug.
All the remainder of the estate to wife and son Edward equally shared.

Executrix: Mary Prosser, wife.
