Beneficiaries: To eldest sons, James and Thomas, the management of Gridall farm.
All the testator's stock, crops, implements and furniture to be valued and used to raise cash for legacies for:
Wife Ann interest on £200 for life
To sons Joseph, William, John & George £100 each less any advances already received.
To daughters Ann, wife of Thomas Beavan, Mary, wife of Richard Williams, Elizabeth and Eliza, £100 each less any advances already received.

Executors: James Hoddell and Thomas Hoddell, sons.
