Beneficiaries: To son, James, Pen yr Heol also know as Vaughan's Lands or Higgins Lands and all the farm land lying in Longtown, Llancillo and Rowlestone for his lifetime together with all stock, crops, implements of husbandry, household goods and furniture and at his death to daughter in law Ann, wife of James for grandson, John
To son, John, £60.
To daughter, Sarah, wife of Thomas Procter of Pill near
Bristol , gardener, £120.
To grandson, John, son of James, 19 guineas, payable on his 21st birthday
