1. Will [2 pages] dated 19 August 1812:
Beneficiaries: To Esther Powel, daughter, £15 plus interest owing '(being money that I borrowed of her)'
To his 3 daughters, Mary Prichard wife of William Prichard, Phebe Jones wife of William Jones and Esther Powel wife of William Powel, 'but now separated from him', sharing equally all rents and profits from 'My estate called Gwin Mattock and the cottage I am possessed of with the garden…adjoining the churchyard at Clodock' together with all household furniture. On the death of the last daughter the estate to pass to the eldest son of daughter, Phebe.
