Beneficiaries: To Johan Watkins, cousin, 1/- 'for to buye her a payre of Gloves'
Everything else to wife, Johan, if she remains a widow for the upbringing of son and dau and after her death the estate to be divided equally between the two children. If the wife re-marries then she keeps the leasehold estate in Ewyas Harold, but the rest of the estate to be divided between the children.
Executrix: Wife, Johan supervised by Thomas Rogers & William James, both yeomen and both of Llanveynoe.
