Will of William Exton of Michaell Church Escly

To his wife Elizabeth – all his stock of horses, mares, oxen, kyne, young cattle sheep and swine together with all other cattle; on her death such stock to his younger children Mary, William, Samuel and Martha.

Also to his wife – the use of all household stuff and implements of husbandry; on her death certain household stuff and all implements of husbandry to the use of his son Joseph including some beds, boards, stooles, brass pot and kettle, iron, cupboard, table boards; residue of household stuff to be divided between younger children.
To his younger children, £50 each when they reach 21 years.

To his wife – the rest and residue of his estate.

Executrix – wife Elizabeth

Tutor and guardian to younger children – Elizabeth; if she dies then brother in law Thomas Rogers of Crasswall yeom. and wife Izabell Rogers and if they die, then his son Joseph.
