The schedules show premises, acreage, tenants, arrears brought forward, rent due, income tax, disbursements, receipts and arrears carried forward.

The properties named include Firs Cottage, Michaelchurch Mill, Firs Farm, Llandraw Farm, Trenant farm, Dantlloyne Farm, Gworlod Vain Farm, Goods Farm, Bank Farm, Court Farm, Dukes or Upper Llandraw, Castle Farm, The Wilderness [Cae Vatin], Rhydy Back [sic]. The rental for ‘Shooting over the manor’ is also listed.
