Photograph of a Deed of Conveyance by way of gift of Michaelchurch Court and Michaelchurch Court Estate from Bettina Maud Capper [previously Trafford] to Clare Margaret Hunter [nee Trafford], her daughter and the sister of RRWR Trafford. The schedules detail the entire estate with fields identified by Ordnance survey number, description, area and tenant for each farm and property, summarised below. The document includes handwritten memoranda added subsequently, detailing conveyances in the 1950s and 1960s of various farms and properties sold off piecemeal.
