2)        Phillip Thomas Powell of [illegible] yeoman

In consideration of the sum of £19 18s 0d paid by 2), 1) demises to 2) by way of a 1,000 year mortgage, three parcels of meadow and pasture all in Michaelchurch Escley as follows: gworlod quarrel 2 acres: Caer vigin 8 acres: gworlod vach 1½ acres.

Now or late in the tenure of 1) his undertenants or assigns and by him lately purchased from Howell William Powell deceased and Jane his wife.
